"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Both the appetizers and entrees were outstanding. My favorite dish was the Bangkok Duck. You can customize the heat level of any dish by adding their spices, which is a great touch. Another favorite of mine is the Chicken Cashew. You really should visit and discover your own favorites. Don't forget to greet the staff with "SAWADDEE" for an extra warm welcome!"

"I ordered from this restaurant for the first time and was disappointed. I got large shrimp in lobster sauce, large combination rice, two large sweet and sour chicken dishes, and four egg rolls. Unfortunately, the combination rice was completely missing. The shrimp in lobster sauce hardly had any shrimp in it, and the portion sizes were barely sufficient. I usually order this same size meal for my family of five, but this was only about half the amount of food, which is surprising given that I spent nearly $100. I will say that the food we did receive was tasty, but there just wasn't enough for my family to share."

"I have been going to Ho Wan for 40+ yrs. Growing up in Richmond Hill it was always the best Chinese to go to. Well I continue to revisit every time I’m back in NY as I now relocated to Ga and it’s hard to find Chinese like Ho Wan. Well coming back this time with family was a great upset. Starting from the waitress we knew something was wrong. She was new and didn’t know anything. The tea was black plain and the noodles were all broken. Horrible… The food was just OK quality went down as well as portion size and prices increased greatly and no more pistachios ice cream. Come to find out after asking for the manager the restaurant is under new management. It’s a new guyanese man. Guess my great spot of Chinese has gone. I knew when Steve left it wouldn’t be long before the place went down. Won’t be going back."

"This place has been my go-to favorite place for fast Chinese food! I've literally been a loyal patron of theirs for over a decade. They provide the kindest service and I've always treated us with the utmost respect. Service like this is dying out these days. You will always be greeted with a smile and warmed by it. As for the food in my opinion it's one of the best Louisville has to offer and they don't get enough credit for that! The restaurant is always clean and maintained with direct sight to the kitchen. "The front door was difficult to open both when entering and exiting. As for accessibility, there was a ramp on the sidewalk, but the only handicap parking spot was located on the far end of the lot. I don’t even want to think about what the bathrooms must have looked like. I love Chinese food, and it takes a lot to impress me, but I’m really confused about what’s happening here. I’d rate it 1 out of 5 or 2 out of 10. Parking: There are about 4 or 5 spots available right in front, with one handicap spot located at the far end near the pizza place. The ramp is helpful, but the door was still a struggle to open."

"I usually come here to order Chinese takeouts since I live in Fremont, and it is one of the best Chinese restaurants here. It is a very small restaurant, but the food here is really delicious and prices are reasonable especially lunch orders. I always get lunch orders and can select fried rice with no extra charge. Mongolian beef is chewy and fresh and the fried rice tastes authentic. Since I tried different dishes, I guarantee that the rest of them taste fresh!"

"The food here was not good at all. 1st, half my order was missing. I recieved neither the lo mein nor the rice I ordered. 2nd, the egg rolls were drenched in so much grease they bled through the wrapper they came in AND through another 2 more layers ofpaper towels. 3rd, both orders of fries were ACTUALLY undercooked that they were literally falling apart just by picking them upso I had to recook them myself. There was also a piece of very VERY cooked chicken mixed in with my fries which ALSO had someweird black specks in it that I'd presume to be pepper but at this point it's more than likely burnt food remnants from thefryer they likely cook both their french fries and chicken in. All that was $46 with 5 being just the tip. I didn't even botherfinishing my order here and ordered the rest elsewhere. The wings were probably the only basically decent thing out of theentire order."

"Ordered fried dumplings. They need to be steamed then fried usually takes 20 minute. Asked if they premake and just steam warm because I se they were done in less than 5 minutes then the broken english came out. Got home and obviously looked like I reheated left overs.Thought was an off night , went back and same scenario. "We traveled from Montreal, Canada, in search of amazing Asian food, and we absolutely fell in love with Hong Kong. The chicken wings were incredible, and even the rice was delicious (I usually don’t like rice).
