"Food here is good, the staff are friendly, no complaints there. My issue is the patrons. They were so mean and obnoxious my partner and I left. The usual being the Banned from Family Pancake scummy swine crowd that goes right for the buffet like as if they spent their last 5 weeks shipwrecked on an island before talking to a server. Like calm down there 's enough for everyone! So my advice to servers, if a customer is being rude to you and your customers. Kick them out and tell them to never come back. Don 't bend over backwards for those who treat you like a doormat. Because a bad experience by garbage customers is sometimes worse than a bad meal or high price. Something this buffet has never failed on once. They have all the pieces for a wonderful business. To the hostess who helped us, you did your best and this isn 't your fault, it 's that customers fault. This falls hand and hand to an epidemic recently and the virus is rude, entitled, scummy people who take advantage of kind people."
