"Additionally, the staff kept flickering the lights on and off while we were still dining, which felt quite disruptive, especially since we were a group of four yet still expected to add a tip comparable to larger tables of six or more. I brought up my concerns about the entrance, but the staff was unwilling to address it, prompting me to request the manager’s assistance.
Fortunately, the manager was able to resolve the issues we encountered, and I appreciate his help. However, I don't plan to return to the restaurant or recommend it to others unless the manager is personally involved in the service. I’m giving this review two stars since I didn’t have any problems with the food, but the overall customer service experience was quite poor."
