"I enjoy this teriyaki restaurant because it's conveniently close to my home, and I've visited multiple times. I typically order the teriyaki breast meat. However, during my last visit, I took it home and discovered that the white meat was actually dark meat, which was chewy. Usually, if I have a bad experience with a meal, I just don’t return. But this time, I decided to call the owner or manager, and she was quite sassy. Instead of apologizing, she offered me another teriyaki chicken on the house, but her attitude wasn’t pleasant. While I appreciate her willingness to make it up to me, I would really prefer if it came with a bit less attitude next time."
