"I placed an order for two meals and a large hot and sour soup, just like I always do, but when I got home, I found a large egg drop soup instead. I absolutely hate egg drop soup! I called the restaurant to see if I could exchange it for the hot and sour soup or something else since it cost $6.99 plus tax, which isn't cheap. But they flatly refused to exchange it, insisting it was my fault, even though I checked my order twice before submitting it!
I don't know what went wrong, but my side said hot and sour! This is the last $35 I’ll be spending here. Previously, I had ordered around $60 worth of food a couple of times. I've spent a decent amount here! To be treated this way over a soup is frustrating. All the soups are priced the same, so I don’t understand the issue. They would rather I throw the soup away than help me out. I could have gotten a better experience at LITTLE CHINA. From now on, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!"
