"I wouldn't recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. They often forget to include half of your order and any extra toppings you've paid for. When you call to report the issue, they suggest you come pick up the missing items, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering delivery and paying for that service, including a tip for the driver. As a small business owner myself, I dislike leaving negative reviews, but it’s frustrating that they seem indifferent to our situation—especially since we are heading into a long 12-hour overnight shift. They only offered for us to pick up what they neglected to include, which we simply don't have time for. It's unacceptable. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for. I won't be ordering from them again."
