"To make matters worse, while I waited, another customer was upset because she had ordered two servings of rice and beans with chicken but only received one. Even though she had already paid, the cashier informed her that they couldn't issue a refund to her credit card. This is unacceptable, as you never know how hard people work to afford their meals, and it's disheartening when the staff can't make the right decisions to rectify issues. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
