"The service here was excellent, and the General Tso's chicken was fantastic. It wasn't the typical overly sweet and syrupy brown sugar sauce that you find in most Americanized Chinese restaurants. The Kung Pao chicken, while decent, was a bit underwhelming; it was very mild and lacked any real spice. I ended up adding some regular hot sauce to it. Next time, I’ll be sure to request a stronger kick of spiciness. Unfortunately, in smaller towns like this, many Asian restaurants tend to tone down their dishes because local customers often can’t handle the heat and send them back."
