"Let me start out by saying I had a bad experience with Togo's quite awhile ago, (1990's), mainly the cleanliness. Back then, I went into the bathroom and the toilet bowl was full of you know what. I was horrified. A dirty establishment is a directreflection on management, meaning they do not care. There is no way around this or any explanation you can provide me that willchange my mind. I did end up eating here but that was also horrid. Now to your bathroom and the conditions. This was overembarrassing. The toilet bowl was dark with stains and never cleaned. All it takes is a pumice stone and it's done. Also themain sink looked it hadn't been cleaned for over a year. Another review or two mentioned this as well. This is pureembarrassment and shame on the franchise owner. You need to get in there and clean it. I am reporting this to corporate andalso reporting on TikTok unless this is addressed within a week. I will continue to take pictures and frequent your store tomake sure you address the issues. Start taking control of your store. The overall appearance is disgusting as well to includethe windows, doors, carpet and chairs. Here are my recommendations, have the staff clean and clean again focussing on thepoints above. You will feel better and so will the guest frequenting your store. Thank you."
