"During our visit, we were informed that our order would be for takeout as staff was cleaning up early. We expressed concerns about a food allergy, but the employees did not take the time to address our issues. Since we were traveling from out of state, we ended up having to eat in our car rather than enjoying a proper dinner. Thank you, Salt Lake El Pollo Loco, but we won't be returning. We even found contaminated rice mixed with macaroni and cheese, which poses a serious allergy risk for our family. There was a complete lack of customer service and care. We will not be coming back. Thank you for this experience."
