"CHAD is a RUDE ASF. I came in today to pick up a $60 order for pizza and some sides. First the dinner salad does not list meat. But has pepperoni in it. Second I called to inform them my pizza did not taste to par as it usually does, waiting for some kind of customer satisfaction of any accommodation. Instead he rudely said he had no other complaints and I replied with not everyone taste is the same unfortunately but I know how good the pizza at dells is and today it was not...his response was that my taste buds were off and when I asked for any accommodation instead of any type he was a rude smart ass and said there's nothing he's gonna do about it and hung up in my face! Never have I everrrrrrrr been treated so rudely and hung up on. Great way to run your customers away. Dells was a great place to go spend money at and now never again will they get my money or the other 6 people that heard how rude he was. They only got 1 start because it was mandatory to post."
