"It took a few minutes for our server to approach us. Since I have a gluten allergy, I was pleased to see some gluten-free options on the menu. However, when I tried to ask the server for more details, she interrupted me and claimed that everything was gluten-free. When I inquired whether they had a separate preparation area or used different utensils, she replied no, explaining that everything was made in the same space.
The menu uses a circular symbol with "GF" in the center, which is a misleading imitation of a certified gluten-free symbol. As a result, their gluten-free items seem less safe than those offered at restaurants with genuine gluten-friendly protocols.
Due to the issues with the menu, the overall cleanliness, and the atmosphere, we ultimately decided not to place an order. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy, especially considering the previous location had a much better vibe.
Dietary considerations: Inadequate gluten-free protocols."
