"I used to visit this restaurant every week when they offered an all-you-can-eat option for a fixed price, but that changed during COVID. Recently, I returned and noticed a new promotion on the front of the menu stating that you could get any three rolls for $24.95. My daughter and I each ordered three rolls, but when the bill arrived, we were charged for each roll individually. When I questioned why the promotion wasn’t applied, the staff said we hadn’t informed her we were each ordering three rolls. She didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue and even laughed at me. I ended up paying the full amount and have decided I won't go back. I really don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and misled. This restaurant should have more integrity and honor its advertised deals."
