"Upon our arrival, we were promptly served complimentary papadums and chutneys. My companion and I decided to share the Vegan Thali, which contained a samosa, four pieces of roti, and servings of yellow lentils, roasted eggplant with spices, potato and cauliflower curry, tofu cooked in a spicy tomato-based sauce, chickpea curry, and carrot pudding for dessert. While I enjoyed some dishes more than others, it was a great opportunity to try a variety of flavors. The portions were plentiful, especially with the unlimited rice provided. The overall experience, from the food to the service, was excellent. Our pleasant server made sure to constantly refill our rice and water throughout the meal."
