"I decided to give this place a try since it’s conveniently located near my home, and the other Chinese restaurants in Utica and New Hartford have terrible ratings. I thought to myself, "How could it possibly be worse?" Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to a friend or even an acquaintance. The chicken dishes were very bland; the General Tso's chicken lacked flavor, and the bourbon chicken tasted as if it had been frozen—very dry. We thought, "Surely they can't mess up egg rolls," but we were wrong again. They were dry and hard. The rice was decent, but instead of the usual yellow rice found at most places, it was more like white rice with mixed vegetables. Overall, I really can't recommend this restaurant. It's a no for me."
