"Once we finally ordered, it took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive, served by another waiter. Throughout our meal, our original waitress walked by numerous times but never checked on us. I had to practically stop her to request boxes and the check. She only brought back one box at first and commented, “Oh, I guess you wanted two boxes.” After about five minutes, she returned with the second box.
When I asked for the check a second time, it took another 20 minutes, and when I went up to the register, she informed me that our order had been erased from the computer. Eventually, she brought the check, placed it on the table, and walked away without saying a word. Given the poor service, she definitely did not receive a tip. While the food was good and reasonably priced, the unorganized pick-up process and long wait will keep us from returning."
