"The woman at the front of this restaurant is quite rude and unwelcoming. I used to be a regular patron, but I can no longer support a place with such poor customer service. She has red hair and wears heavy makeup, but unfortunately, it does not make her demeanor any more pleasant. It seems she is particularly disrespectful to customers who are black or brown. My husband, a retired veteran, also experienced her unkind treatment. It would be beneficial if the person answering the phone could communicate in both English and Spanish. When I called to place an order recently, she even went so far as to block my number after I suggested they improve their customer service, especially her attitude. Who does that? I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will gladly support Rrroberto's, which is conveniently located in the same parking lot. Goodbye."
