"Unfortunately I cannot give this restaurant any more than 1 star as we were not able to eat there. When our party of four arrived for our reservation there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for a private party. When we went inside to inquire we were told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Host called nearby restaurant owned by same restaurant group to see if they could seat us but only bar or outside seating on sidewalk was available. No mention was made that The Five Spot had not honored our reservation. As we had an event to attend this left us with less than and hour and a half to find another restaurant on a busy friday night. Another party entering the restaurant after us also had reservations that were not honored."
