"After being a loyal customer for four years, I experienced the worst service today. The woman who took my order was rude right from the start and even yelled when she answered the phone. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order and attempted to return it. The so-called owner informed me that there was no option for taste testing the food. Considering I've been a regular customer for four years, sometimes visiting twice a week, I was shocked to be told that if I had common sense, I would know what I ordered. I was even called ignorant. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Mayflower, and I will also share this with anyone I know. You simply don’t treat loyal customers this way."
