"I've been ordering from golden bowl for 14 years faithfully. Just recently, I noticed their portion sizes are declining, and essentially they cheating customers. In two occasions now, I have been shorted on my order, If you order a large dish, they give you a small portion. My final conclusion to stop buying from them came recently when I ordered a large chicken noodle soup, and when I got home and took the soup out, the container was half full of noodles and 60 percent broth which was equivalent to a small portion. I've ordered soup from the Canton House across the street and China Delight, and it was the proper size for a large order. I ordered a large pepper steak and onion, that too was equivalent to a small. In conclusion, shame on you golden bowl, long time customers know what they normally get, and you are failing to provide what people are paying for and NOT getting, not fair. If you continue to cut corners and short customers, people will stop buying from you. I will be contacting the office of food protection (OFP) to check on this matter."
