"I've had a frustrating experience with this restaurant due to their consistent order mix-ups. Today, I ordered the Loaded Tater Tots with the cheese on the side to avoid sogginess during the delivery, but they ended up putting everything on the side—and they forgot the sour cream. Instead, I found a strange, unpleasant red sauce that I couldn't identify; it looked like either salad dressing or BBQ, but I couldn't bring myself to open it because it looked unappetizing. I also ordered Funnel Fries, but they didn’t include any dipping sauce. Sometimes I receive two different sauces, sometimes just one, and today it was none at all. They really need to get their act together."
