"I was hoping this location would match the quality of the now-closed Fairview Heights Show-Mes, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The spicy BBQ sauce was far from spicy. The server was friendly, but she forgot my order after I had clearly communicated everything I wanted. She returned just a minute later to ask for my order again. It took about 25 minutes for my 20 wings to arrive, even with only a few other customers in the restaurant, most of whom were just having drinks. On a positive note, the fries were hot and crispy. The seating areas are quite nice, and the large patio is a great feature."
