"The pandemic affected everyone, including small business owners. Before, during, and after the pandemic, this is my favorite place to go for a "cold buster" meal. They have plenty of vegetarian options and their vegetable broth is delicious. I usually order a large serving just for myself. Some reviews mention that the portions have changed and could be larger, but we need to understand that the Asian community has been deeply affected by shortages and price increases. I am understanding and will continue to support them. As for complaints about the "raw" beef slices, this is actually how rare beef is traditionally served in authentic Vietnamese pho restaurants. If you don't like it, just don't come back. I had some yesterday and I am still happy with the quality and taste. I prefer not to drive to Charlotte and appreciate that this restaurant is only 10 minutes from my house. Thank you for staying open!"
