"I went to this restaurant to pick up my mobile order and encountered some issues. When I arrived, a man sitting in the dining area asked if I was there for a pickup. I confirmed, but he asked me to wait a few moments. After waiting at a table, he approached me to confirm my order. I showed him the confirmation on my phone, including the order number and name, but he insisted on knowing my name as well. I found this unnecessary and after a back and forth for 5 minutes, he still refused to release my order. Despite seeing that I had met all the requirements for pickup, it took another 10 minutes and a lady coming out from the back for me to finally receive my order. I felt unfairly singled out as a black man, as I noticed others were able to pick up their orders without the same level of interrogation. This experience left a negative impression on me, prompting me to write this review."
