"The food is always good except for two times since I order one time all my food was dry and over cooked with no salt and pepper and yesterday I order two lo mains and two home made drinks the food was good until I found a long black hair it and I threw it away I requested a refund for the item threw grub hub because that’s where I order it from I just got a phone call from evergreen telling me to send a picture of the food cause I’m lying so unprofessional and that’s my go to spot I’m very disappointed in there professionalism it’s sad"

"Do Not come here! They do not understand English, and they act like it's your fault! I told the the gentleman that took my order that I'm allergic to shrimp and could not have it with my lunch special, and this man had absolutely no idea what I was talking about even after I repeated myself several times.I requested for him to have someone else to assist with taking my order, and a woman who works there stepped in to assist me with my order, but she had a very unnecessarily rude and nasty attitude and acted like I was the one with a problem, but I kept my cool and proceeded to place my order, and I waited for my food.Once my order was ready, I grabbed it and headed to my car. I then went to check my food inside the car, and I noticed that they gave me orange chicken when I ordered Szchewan chicken. I took the food back inside of the restaurant to inform them about their mistake, and the woman with the nasty attitude had the nerve to tell me that I did order orange chicken, and my order wasn't wrong.At this point, I couldn't take it any more, and before I knew it, I snapped off and put that woman in her place. They ultimately fixed my order, but I will NEVER come back here if this was the last Chinese restaurant on earth! The one woman who works here needs a serious attitude adjustment, and their customer service sucks!"

"The bourbon chicken was terrible. By looking at the chicken you can tell that it was badly burned. I gave it a try anyway and it was overwhelmingly bitter. I could have waited longer so they can remake the chicken but they decided to let the customer eat the burnt food anyway. Very disappointed and would never order food from this place ever again."

"If I could give 2.5 stars I would. The quality of the sushi is subpar sometimes, the hours are a bit weird the way they turn off their online ordering at random, and despite my order being about the same each time, it is only correct about 2/3 times. A whole third of the time, something is either missing or incorrect which is somewhat okay since DoorDash covers it, but 33% is a large margin of error if ya ask me. Dont get me wrong though, the rest of the food is still good, portion size is decent, and I still do order from them frequently as theyre extremely well priced."

"The shrimp wasnt fresh (you could tell it was frozen, and that it had been reheated), and there were still shells on them. The steak pieces were small. The taste of the food was still decent but theres definitely room for improvement. Also, I dont think their fried rice can come sans veggies (green peas, carrots, and onions) as it was requested but that part of the order was not followed through on. I dont normally write reviews, but the food was expensive enough to warrant this review. I hope they do better next time."
