"We were served shrimp that was spoiled in our house fried rice! A few months ago, we had a bad experience with their crunchy fried rice, but this was even worse. The spoiled shrimp made us sick. When we approached the woman to discuss it, she walked away to show me the raw shrimp, trying to prove it was fine. We insisted she smell and taste it. She smelled it and claimed it was okay, but she never actually tasted the rotten shrimp. She mentioned that no one else had complained, which felt like an irrelevant excuse. To make matters worse, she raised her voice at us. After demanding a refund, she ended up charging us twice, saying I was being too vocal. What a terrible customer service experience! I've reported this incident to the BBB, and I will continue to warn others about how unhealthy this place is. Please check their previous health inspections, which we should have done before placing our order!"
