"I want to start by saying that I’ve been a loyal customer of this diner for over ten years. I have a special fondness for the waitresses, especially Colleen, who has been so kind and supportive as I grew up. However, after several negative experiences with a man who now works at the front counter (perhaps a new owner?), I felt compelled to share my thoughts. While I will continue to support Copake Diner, I hope this individual can adjust his attitude towards customers. It may not be the right job for him. Again, I want to emphasize how much I appreciate Colleen and all the wonderful waitstaff, and I really hope the diner can return to being the warm and welcoming place I remember from my childhood."
