"After spending a full afternoon shopping nearby, this restaurant is always a good place to stop when time is short and everyone is hungry. The owners have done a great job updating the tired and worn look of the restaurant. The menus were laminated so staff could easily clean them between customers. The pancakes were tender, but there were no flavored syrups on the table. It would be helpful to have more light after dark to see the building and turn in from Virginia Ave. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and accommodating."

"As we started our drive back to Florida, we needed a quick meal before hitting the road. Since it was quite late (around 10 PM), our options were limited. Thankfully, we chose to stop at this IHOP, and I'm really glad we did. Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, checking on us often. She even gave our son a large cup of hot chocolate because they had run out of the regular-sized cups. While the other customers and the manager could have been friendlier, our server and the cook that night really made our dining experience enjoyable."

"The servers were a lot of fun. The 2 that they had when we got there were running around trying to keep up with the five tables that was there. They kept smiling and were very upbeat about things. When our food came the hash browns and bacon was Luke warm. They got it replaced very quick. We had fun with our server when she was at the table. She appreciated that we were understanding about her not being able to be right there when we needed her. Our patients helped her out a lot. It was a good experience. They definitely needed more help. By the time we left more staff members had shown up."

"I visited this IHOP with my children who wanted to go as an end of summer treat. First, we arrived and waited 10 minutes before any of multiple employees even acknowledged us (there were only 4 tables with patrons at the time). I finally had to ask if we could be seated only to have them act as though it was a rude question. Then, none of the items my children wanted that they had seen advertised were available. Nor were the spooky pancakes being promoted on the table. Nor was orange juice....We finally get our food. We had no silverware or napkins. I get up to search the restaurant as there are now no employees in site and have to carry my baby to the front desk to get our own silverware.We are ready to leave and request our check. Instead, our waitress goes and gets the check of someone else who asked after me, ran the card and brought it back and refilled multiple beverages. After 10 minutes, my credit card sitting on the table the entire time, I had to again request the check.What a terrible experience. Your staff could not have treated me any more poorly and ruined what should have been a special day for my boys. I was very disappointed and will be sure to share my opinion with others. Clearly your restaurant does not want families to visit."

"Good that I was in the service was friendly and much faster than the previous time. The floor was extremely dirty, but it was cleaned as we waited for our food. I also asked that my Steak-Burger be done well, it was pink, so she took it from my account. I was hungry after I left and was irritated. A few days ago I called my order and a man stopped on me as I had ordered. So I came to order and they apologized."

"This was our first experience at an IHOP outside of Texas, and we were immediately greeted and placed on the waitlist. We were informed there would be a 5-10 minute wait, but after about 7 minutes, we received a call saying our table for 8 was ready. Once seated, our drink orders were taken and delivered right away. Our food orders were taken quickly, and within 10 minutes, our meals began to arrive. Although the restaurant was small and full, the food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed their dishes, even though one plate was delayed but arrived hot. Our waitress was attentive, and we highly recommend this location, even if we were just passing through the area."

"During my last three visits to IHOP, I chose takeout, thinking it would be hard to mess up pancakes. I ordered a five-stack for $9.99, but instead, I received pancakes that were smaller than the kids' portion. On my next visit, I specifically asked for regular-size pancakes, yet I ended up with one normal pancake and four tiny ones. By my third visit, I emphasized that I wanted full-sized pancakes. The attendant told me it was up to the cooks to decide if they would give me the larger sizes, implying they could be difficult. Isn't that absurd? I'm paying for the larger pancakes! If I wanted the smaller ones, I could have ordered those for just $3. When I got home, I discovered I had two large pancakes and three small ones—one even had a green spot on it. This will definitely be my last visit to this disappointing location. I strongly suggest trying a different IHOP; it's clear they don't value their customers here."

"Wonderful establishment! My husband and I visited after Knotfest, and the place was very busy. We were seated quickly, but understandably had to wait a bit for service due to the crowd of concert-goers that had also flooded IHOP. The manager, a really nice guy, was very apologetic, and the staff was amazing—swift on their feet and working hard to take orders and deliver food. Our server, Erica, was exceptionally kind. She mentioned it was only her third day, but you wouldn’t have guessed it; she was so prompt and lovely. I even took a photo of her (hope she doesn't mind!). There was also a busser who not only cleaned tables but also assisted others with whatever they needed without a hint of complaint. I was really impressed with how well the entire team collaborated. Overall, I think the whole staff—from the waitstaff to the kitchen—managed the busy night with professionalism and friendliness. And the food was fantastic, too!"
