"The rice was quite dry, but the food was generally as expected. It wasn't the best meal I've had, but certainly not the worst either. The interior was extremely hot, and there were limited available seats—more than half the restaurant seemed off-limits. It appears that the bars are no longer in use, at least not during lunch hours."
