"The service there is HORRIBLE!!! The restaurant itself appears very unsanitary.We ordered over the phone for pick, and while they 1st messed up our order causing us to have to drive back to have our order corrected only to get into a yelling debate with the lady at the cash register, who also takes the orders via phone about exactly what we ordered.Keeping in mind she never provided the written slip which is typically provided upon ordering and pick up.We ordered a House Lo Mein, Gen. Tso chicken and 2 orders of shrimp spring rolls, and the spring Rolls were missing from our order.The spring rolls were greasy and scorched. The General Tso and Lo Mein both taste old or leftover and left a horrible after-taste in our mouths.I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again!!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. I just ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The young lady told me there was a 2.95 up charge. So she told me about the dinner specials that I could get the fried rice with vegetables and the orange chicken for 13 dollars. So I said cool let me get that. I had to get back to my job so I didn't look at the food before I left. When I open my food I did not get what I ordered. So I called the restaurant and told them that you all gave me general tos chicken and that is was so spicy that I could not eat it. The young lady said let me get my manager. He gets on the phone and I explain to him what happen. This man told me that orange chicken comes spicy I have to tell them I don't want it spicy. I told him I have never eaten orange chicken spicy. This man told me well there's nothing I can do and hung up the phone. And then started blowing my phone up that I had to block the number. This was my first and last time ever eating here. I would not recommend anyone to eat here. The young lady at the front was very sweet but the manager needs to learn better customer service."

"I contacted the restaurant to inform them of plastic found in the gyros I purchased. The woman I spoke with offered to replace the gyro but I declined, suggesting they improve their quality control. She then mentioned a free gyro for my daughter when she visited after work. When my daughter arrived, we showed the plastic to the woman who said we would receive 50% off our next order. I insisted on a free gyro or else I would contact the health department. The woman then attempted to charge for two gyros instead of one, taking advantage of my daughter who has a language delay. I am upset and will report this manipulative behavior. This type of dishonest tactic was never seen under the previous management of King's Carryout during our 30 years in Beltsville."
