"I called the store 35 minutes before closing. I was sick and needed only three expensive salads. I only live 1 minute away right near them. I thought plenty of time to toss 3 salads together and deliver 1 minute away? They had zero interest in what I needed or how much I was willing to pay. She said, “we do not deliver” I confirmed what she said and she said, “well… not this late-we are about to close” I said I only need salad, she said, “not this late.”AND… the last 2 deliveries I ordered -one: they forgot me! (thought I was a pick up order after they talked me into trying delivery) so our food never cameSecond one: they totally forgot all my toppings I paid extra for on my very very expensive sandwich plus gave my husband wrong one, and we took picture and no apologies whatsoever the next time we went in. It was huge bill, too!We find it sad because we use to be so very loyal to them, spent a lot of money there, but they got so expensive along with uncaring service.Not sure if we will ever try them again.Darn : (I wish she would have offered to sell me the salads if I could run over and pick them up, but literally no interest in my business at all. Hung up as quick as she could."
