"Been here four times. Almost every time, (different server each time) we had to wait at least 10 mins before our drink orders were taken. The first time, I had to get up and go look for our server and she was chatting it up with her co workers, and wehad to ask for refills. On top of the wait to get greeted the second time, our appetizers came out after our main meal, had toflag her down to ask for refills, and we waited about 15 minutes for a second beer. We brought it to the servers attention andshe said it will be coming from the bar as if she was waiting on the bartender. Watched her go up to the bar and immediatelygrab it because it was sitting there for a while. Third time the service was good. Last night we went, and if it wasn 't forCaleb, who knows how much longer we would 've had to wait to get our drink orders taken! But once Caleb got everything sorted outfor us, we had a lovely waitress. Last night when we went, it was rather busy so I kind of understand, but every other time, itwas not. Anyway, good steaks and baby back ribs."
