"I typically order from this restaurant due to its convenient location near my home. The owner is always friendly, and the food is usually fresh, but that wasn’t the case tonight. The chicken was dry and not fresh, and the fries were cold and stale. I ended up having to throw it away! When I called to express my concerns, the lady I spoke to said there was nothing she could do to help. She was not very accommodating at all. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning as a customer."
