"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I called to place a pickup order, the first thing the woman said was, “please hold,” and then she set the phone down. I ended up listening to her and her coworkers chatting and laughing for over 10 minutes before the call disconnected. I decided to place an online order instead and drove to the restaurant. After a long wait, one of the staff members finally informed me that it would take another 7 minutes and asked me to move my car to the Tudor’s window. Instead of 7 minutes, it took an additional 25 minutes before I had to flag down a cook who asked for my name. Overall, it was quite frustrating."

"We ordered two pepperoni pizzas and one cheese pizza, and they were absolutely delicious! The pizzas featured what seemed to be fresh mozzarella, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. They were cooked to perfection. Usually, when we visit other Gino's locations, the pizzas taste like frozen ones, but not this Gino's. If all Gino's made pizzas like this, they would have a winner on their hands. I live about 35 to 40 minutes away, but I would gladly make the trip just for this pizza. Plus, our server Caleb was really friendly. Other Gino's locations could take a lesson from the Campbell's Creek Gino's on how to make great pizza!"
