"I must have been there on a bad night or something because these other reviews are not even close to my experience. It was my first time at this place so I was pretty excited. So I walked in to the restaurant and the register is in a very weird place, so we immediately get directed to the right and make a cut to the register. There was only one group ordering before us so it didn 't take too long to get to the register. We arrive to a sweet young lady with NO name tag, which is a pet peeve of mine. I always call people by name to make sure they feel like a human being during our transaction, not some worker taking my order. The order comes out to $27.xx which almost blows my hair off, I ordered some wings, a wrap, two bottles of water, and a salad instead of fries which I 'm sure they charged extra for. The portions were not $9 dollar portions like I payed for. DELICIOUS FOOD! Thus the 2 stars. Otherwise the staff was standing around talking to each other so it felt like you were bothering them if you needed anything. It was minimal effort on the staffs part. They place the tip jar in the front, which is a good idea because I leave $5 's wherever I go and if I were to tip at the end of my experience, $2 dollars would have been left at the table. Not to mention the garbage cans are at the front with buster tubs, so they 're basically expecting you to throw your own food away. Never going back, dumb concept for a restaurant with over priced food for underwhelming service, and a do it yourself vibe that screams How can we get as much money out of our customers as possible... but still pay our employees less than fair wages... EUREKA! BEEFS Express !!!"
