"I genuinely love supporting Black-owned businesses since I am a Black business owner myself. However, I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The last time I visited, everything was fantastic, but this time was a letdown. I ordered the Red Beans and Rice, and there were far more beans than rice, and the rice itself was not of good quality. I also tried the Pepper Steak and Rice, and it was overly seasoned. My date ordered the Yams, which were way too sweet to enjoy. I'm sharing this review in hopes that the next customer has a better experience. I will continue to support this business, but this visit was not what I had hoped for."
