"I experienced terrible customer service from the drive-thru employee today at 4:28 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she refused to accept my coupon, despite me showing her the terms. She just kept rolling her eyes and saying, “The machine doesn’t take it,” without even listening to me. It wasn’t just the issue with the coupon; it was her awful attitude. When I tried to explain, she simply shut the window on me, leaving me waiting in the drive-thru. Absolutely awful service."

"Spent worth on food last night after work, was missing a ten piece nugget. Respectfully told them I was missing one show them the receipt and my bag. Man in the window proceeded to lean in close to me and tell me I’m lying because he put them in the bag, got upset when I showed the bag. I just wanted the nuggets I paid for my guy it wasn’t that serious."

"On Christmas Day 2021, the staff at this restaurant were fantastic. Despite being extremely busy, they managed to keep up with the high volume of customers. I made sure to thank them and wish them a Merry Christmas. I am grateful that they were open on such a special day. The employees were all friendly and cheerful to engage with. "I visited to try the Chicken Big Mac, and I was impressed from the very first bite. The chicken was wonderfully crispy, reminiscent of a giant chicken nugget. They used the same sauce as the classic hamburger Big Mac, which paired perfectly with the sandwich. The chicken patties were slightly thicker than the beef patties in the original version, but not excessively so; I’d say the thickness was just right. Overall, it was a satisfying and hearty burger, especially when enjoyed with fries and a medium Coke. I can't help but wonder why it took McDonald's so long to create this delicious burger!"

"I feel like a Karen writing a review for a literal Mcdonald's, but if you're coming here to use the drive thru please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I come here pretty consistently but somethings changed with management these past few months with the drive thru time, making it so quite literally every person has to pull around to wait for their food. Unless you're coming here when it's dead empty, there's a line of cars wrapped around the place waiting for their drive thru order. This defeats the purpose of a drive thru. I'll always just get a mcchicken and small fry, pretty staple items for a Mcds, yet i'll find myself waiting up to 15 minutes in the curbside pickup spot. It's just absurd. With all that being said, I have no hate towards the staff- they've always been incredibly nice and friendly for how busy they are. Very rarely have they messed up my order as well. And by the way, this whole review was written while waiting for my order :"

"McDonald's is still McDonald's! You get what you pay for. I'm not too fond of the new layout because it seems like the wait times have increased. Plus, you can no longer get refills on soda since they’ve moved the soda machine behind the counter. They’ve brought back the Steak-Egg and Cheese Bagel, but it's not the same as the original that I used to enjoy (a lot!). I also didn’t like the way the soft drinks were served. In some locations, you even have to place your order on a touchscreen kiosk. I’ve tried using that thing, but as a senior (or as some might say, an "old head"), I'd prefer to interact with a real person! I suggest that upper management at McDonald's consider some changes in their corporate strategy to avoid losing more market share to competitors. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. "I've been going to this restaurant for breakfast several days a week, and I've never encountered any issues. The younger manager who works in the mornings really keeps things running smoothly. Although some customers may complain about things like the wait time or the food, I can honestly say he does a fantastic job during his shift.
