"Eat was good, and people were great. the restaurant was very clean, lots of space and largely empty, since we showed up in the late evening. eating is good enough that I would expect it to be quite busy during the ordinary meal hours. the brisket I tasted was great, but maybe he was just a little past his first servier (lightly dry). I guess that might be due to ours. the Mac’a’chee was good (better than most bbq joints I had eaten), but still a step down from mom. I know cheap Mac’a’chee is a “thing” at bbq joints, but it was better than most. sweet tee was decent standard tea. would be completely happy to go back here and will look for them if I were in the opposite. I hope I will go during normal eating times as I could be inclined to spend the fifth star when this proves the only reason that the meat was just a little less moist than expected when I had ordered. overall good things. I'm looking forward to going back!"
