"We often order from this restaurant, and the food is typically decent for affordable fast food. However, we've encountered some problems over the last two visits. Initially, there were significant order errors, and the manager promised to make it right on our next visit. When I called to follow up, the person who answered seemed unaware of the situation and was rather unhelpful. On our most recent order, we received chicken sandwiches instead of cheeseburgers, which were quite disappointing. While their regular fried chicken is excellent, the frozen sandwich patties were not at all appealing. Additionally, they forgot one of our drinks. My suggestion would be to double-check your order when it arrives."
