"The experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. I placed an order through Grubhub two hours before the restaurant closed. After waiting for about an hour, I received email notifications saying that my order would be arriving shortly. However, the restaurant then called to inform me that they had canceled my order because it was too late for delivery, even though they were still open for another hour. They did not give me a polite explanation or apology. I decided to cancel my order without saying anything. To my surprise, two days later I realized that I had still been charged by the restaurant. I contacted Grubhub and they informed me that the restaurant had never actually canceled my order. Fortunately, Grubhub provided me with a voucher and a refund for the inconvenience."
