"I made an order at the restaurant, for delivery. The quality was poor, fries were stale, the tea was incorrect, and the chicken strips were dry and over cooked. I called and complained, Austin the manager pretty much told me there wasn’t anything he could do to fix my order. That he packed my order himself and it was up to his standards. I told him if I returned the uneaten part of the strip meal if he would fix it then. He told me only if I brought it to the store. I have never had this issue with your establishment and have ordered from there numerous times. I am very unhappy with the service and the quality of the food I received and would appreciate if this was fixed rather than blowing me off and telling me pretty much “oh well, not my problem”"
