"This restaurant used to be amazing, offering a wide variety of Italian products including dry and fresh sausages, prepared foods, snacks, drinks, fresh pasta, and pasta sauces. However, I have recently had disappointing experiences with the customer service from the employees, who seem to ignore the customers. Additionally, the quality of the food has been lacking - I purchased peppers stuffed with goat cheese that were fermented and inedible, as well as stale taralli crackers. It may be time for the owner to consider retraining the staff in customer service and improving inventory management."
