"Eventually, a male employee noticed us, but by then a line had formed at the counter. It took about 10 more minutes for anyone to come over. When they finally did, the guy mistakenly told the girl that I had ordered a taco pizza, which was completely wrong because I'm a vegetarian and didn’t order that. It was my first time there, so I had no idea why they thought otherwise. I corrected him and provided my actual order. At this time, a third employee appeared, possibly a delivery driver. All three of them seemed disorganized, leaving those of us in line confused about what was happening, especially with a pile of pizzas waiting to be picked up. When I finally got my pizza, I asked the girl to add a two-liter of Pepsi to my order before I paid. She handed me the Pepsi, quoted the price, and when I asked for my receipt, she looked at me blankly, clearly confused. Eventually, she said the receipt was on the pizza box. I pointed out that it wouldn't include the price of the Pepsi since I hadn’t ordered it over the phone, highlighting yet another mix-up. The guy, presumably the delivery driver, attempted to help her figure out how to add it to my order (which I had already paid for), but she appeared completely lost. I felt a bit sorry for her—it seemed like she might be new. After several minutes of confusion, the guy just told me to take the Pepsi without any additional charge. As I left, I noticed other customers shaking their heads at the situation. I arrived at 8:45 PM for a pizza I ordered at 6:30 PM, which was supposed to take only an hour, and I finally left at 9:10 PM. To make matters worse, when I got home, the pizza tasted awful! I ended up tossing it out. I won't be returning to this restaurant."
