"I walked in the door at 7:54. They close at 8. They were more than happy to take my order even though they cook each order fresh. That's 5 star all by itself. I ordered a pastrami cheese steak, mozzarella sticks and cheese steak egg rolls. The mozzarella sticks weren't still warm when I got home so I can't review them. No biggie. The egg rolls were really really good. Juicy, great flavor, wrapped perfectly, crunchy and they were stuffed. My review saved the pastrami cheese steak last for one reason. It is a STAR. The bread is soft but firm and this sandwich is spectacular. It's not good. It's spectacular. This sandwich is special. So special that I'm going to go back today to get another one. I'm a chef and it's hard to impress me. I'm very impressed. I'm happy that I lucked up and randomly found this place. GREAT customer service and the food is better than the customer service. You're cheating yourself if you don't go here."

"I came in today and ordered almost $60 to eat. one of them was a roll and for a California roll it was quite expensive. I noticed the bogo free up, just as she was in the middle of making the roll, so I asked her if this applied to all rolls and she said yes. So I asked her if I could add on another roll. she told me no, it's too late to really? how is it too late, what exactly would it cost them to add on the free roll that comes with my other roll after the advertisement? she also had a passive aggressive attitude, they could say she was just an annoying person. owner: I wish their employees would wear name tags so we can report to them who messed up their business call with their terrible customer service. we have to describe them in other ways, which is not so helpful. she was in her 20-Mexicon woman. they really need to consider more effort in the treatment of this, because I notice that I do not have the first bad review by the customer service here. with the kind as the dinge are, with shops closed due to the pandemic, they can not afford to address it. especially if you do not eat the problem."

"Great food although my tatertots were cold. Somehow they also got the plating wrong and we had to play a game of Guess who 's order and move around our little paper trays until we were satisfied. Whatever, people mess up all the time. What 's the harm? Little did we know it was all downhill from there. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. My mother made a realization that they missed her extra rice. As my mom tried to correct this error, our server, who presumably came from the kitchen, straight up ignored her both times she called him over to fix it and just walked away back to the register. Downright rude. Fortunately it was fixed after alerting another server but we were already annoyed with the previous employee. During that time, I also ordered an extra spam musubi as a separate order that never came out. My father mentioned this to one of the waiters and she confused it for it being apart of the first order. My guess is that it was forgotten about but luckily I had my copy of my receipt since I 'm sure it would 've been dismissed as an error and I would 've had to pay extra for something I already paid for. I had the musubi handed to me in a to-go box as it was the end of our meal. We were there for an hour. Disappointment since it was a small order.I would normally excuse this with a simple, Well, its busy. They 're bound to mess something up. and all would be forgiven but this place was not even filled up enough and the phone hardly rang for pick up orders. This was not prime lunch hours, this was carelessness on them.Overall, understaffed some rude employees. Good food but not worth the amount we paid for, especially for that service."

"Ordered for the first time on 4/15 because it was a fast delivery to my house since I live nearby and was very disappointed by the quality. My order had a few mistakes and generally the food was terrible. The lemon pepper boneless wings were more like tiny popcorn chicken pieces and were terribly over seasoned to the point that they were inedible. Who enjoys this food? "I would not recommend this restaurant, especially this location. My food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. Additionally, my zucchini was burnt. The air conditioning was not working, there was no ice cream in the machine, and all the sodas were flat. When I asked the cashier for a refund or a drink replacement, he refused. The staff seemed unprofessional and disorganized. Save your money and find a better dining experience elsewhere. I've visited this place multiple times, but this will be my last."

"These are almost the best wings in town. I won’t rate or review against any other company out of respect because this place is fantastic. My family and I love to order Firewings for pick ups when all our family is home for dinner and we don’t feel like cooking. The flavors are incredible. The service is perfect. I have never had an issue in my several times ordering pickup there. I recommend their Hawaiian rolls, as well as their fries. They have some of the best fries in town. I prefer Bone in wings and flavor recommendations I can give would be Jamaican Jerk, Buffalo Stampede, Louisiana Rub and the regular Buffalo flavors are all very good."

"Last week I placed an order for pickup and the manager I talked to refused to change it to delivery, and he refused to give me contact information of who I can call to request the refund so I can reorder for delivery. He said he would process my refund when he feels like it. I never got the refund, and I had to reorder with delivery. My order was cold, fries were unseasoned, and the wings weren't as breaded well. Every now and then I get a had order and just shrug it off because we all have bad days, but this time I just won't be ordering from there again. The least he could've done was offer peace of mind. All I wanted was to fix my order so it gets delivered and have piece of mind it would be refunded."

"My wife and I took our nephew here today(11/21) because he's been wanting to try Fire Wings. The wings were alright, they needed more flavor/sauce and the season fries had no flavor, how do you mess up season fries? "I had a wonderful experience trying the wings for the first time. I ordered the original Buffalo wings and the bone-in Parmesan wings. The original Buffalo wings were delicious, but the Parmesan ones, despite being of high quality, were a bit lacking in flavor. They might want to consider seasoning the wings before cooking them. The staff was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. While I can't fully recommend the place just yet, I plan to return soon on wing day (Monday and Tuesday) when they offer wings for 85 cents to sample all the different flavors. The mozzarella sticks were also tasty and reasonably priced."

"I got the 10 pc combo with seasoned fries and a large Pepsi. The food was hot and ready when I picked it up and stayed that way til I got home. Food was great. I got lemon pepper which was delicious and parm garlic. I think the dry rub is enough and the shredded parm topping isn't needed. All in all both were tasty with lemon pepper being a little better than the other. The seasoned fries are decent . I still like wingstops fries (when cooked correctly) but the fries are good. The customer service is WAY ABOVE wing stop. I was greeted when I walked in. Please and thank yous were made and i asked for extra ranch and was just given them. NO CHARGE NO HASSLE!!! That was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be returning strictly because of the great customer service!!!!"

"how many of the reviews here I can say that this place was a very good facility earlier, but since then it has diverged. this place has been getting worse when I'm here. my last and last, time I ordered a 10 pieces buck-in combo. the order lasted about 20 minutes to make what was a little long, but I could pass it in the rule of them as I knew they took quite long. I got my order and went to my car to check the order and realized that the fry container was much smaller than before, so I was quite upset about it. but the worst was when I came home and checked the wings I should do as soon as I got it. I saw that they gave me only 8 wings, and 4 of them were boneless when I was just kneeling in! So, don't come here when you're doing it. the atmosphere of the place is also not the most professional. wing stop and buffalo wild wings are much better alternatives that are close here."

"Wingstop messed up, their online order system was down yet again so I decided to try a local owned place. Best decision for chicken I ever made, TNT has the meatiest freshest chicken wings I've had in decades. The fresh made sauces were the best around here, the hot was hotter than expected not a bad thing but we will likely try medium next time. The food tastes fresh made like someone actually cared about preparing it right. The place does not scream copy/paste franchise when you go in like most restaurants, feels like a proper local joint. My only complaint is the ranch and blue cheese dressing tasted like it came out of a bottle instead of made fresh and their celery portions were small and dried out, but I dont order chicken wings for the celery. Not only did they make it good they made it fast. I ordered online and in the time it took me to get there they had it ready. As long as the chicken stays this good they have gained another loyal customer. The rest of their menu looks very good, we will be trying some of the other offerings next time we order."

"I often go here for the Nashville chicken sandwich, or the tender fries, and every single time the food was delicious, the only place I’ve seen where their high spicy levels are actually spicy.
