"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of the owner's wife. She was incredibly rude and didn't even let her husband speak to me when I raised a concern. I had purchased some snacks (Mattri) and asked her if they were fresh. She told me they were made yesterday, so I decided to buy them. However, when I tasted them in my car, they were soggy and lacked any crunch. When I went back and requested a refund, she treated me poorly and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Although her husband attempted to help resolve the situation, she wouldn't allow him to speak with me. Ultimately, I chose to leave the snacks and my money with them. I have no plans to return in the future."
