"It’s a good restaurant when you eat in since you’re basically doing half of the service yourself…but I don’t think any restaurant cares less about their to go and take out orders than this place does. The last time I ordered my food was literally cold and I got no salsa at all when I asked for extra. No lime, no radish, nothing. Previously when I ordered tacos there was no jalapeño or onion either. Even if you write instructions for what you want they don’t read them. Forgetting things once in awhile is okay, but they’re consistently terrible unless you dine in and get everything for yourself. I pay extra for priority delivery every time and there’s no way my food should be cold in the center from the 5 minutes it takes to drive a few miles."
