"I regularly order food from Pearl of East, but every time the man takes my order, he hangs up the phone in the middle of it. Even when I call back, he continues to hang up. I was trying to order a combination platter with soup, but when I asked for no pork in my rice, he insisted it came with pork. Despite my repeated requests for plain fried rice, he continued to insist on adding pork. This was a horrible experience with a nasty attitude. I have ordered from here multiple times, but they never inform me about the delivery charge added to my bill. I always end up giving a tip when they deliver. When the women answer the phone, they get my order correct, but when the man answers, he never does. He seems to only want to give you what he thinks you should eat, rather than what you actually want. I will never order from here again."
