"Ordered something specific for lunch at work and since they ran out of chicken thighs they decided to give me a leg instead without my permission, told me to contact door dash even though I know that door dash would not give me a refund due to so manyrestaurants messing up my orders in the past . The right solution is to refund that 2 me and take ur leg back , they have a cashregister full of money right there but act like they can?t refund me . I even ordered some more fries and a drink in the storeand they could have offered the drink or fries for free or discounted or something to make up for their mistake . I don?t likewhen people make decisions about my food if I wanted a leg I would have ordered a leg , unprofessional . Sad part is I work amile away and would have ordered lunch from here many more times and have spent money here previously. Also my wife was justplanning on ordering dinner for our family of 6 from here tonight but they won?t be getting business from me anymore due to this."

"The burger was extremely oily and salty, so I ended up discarding it. The fries were limp and overly salty, leading me to also dispose of them. The cheese nuggets, while greasy, were still manageable to eat."
