"This place has a great-sounding menu. I have been here before like a couple years ago and it was very delicious then. But, this visit fell short. I got the Seoul burger, which is their Korean-inspired burger. While I appreciate that it has kimchi and a fried egg on it, it was just ok taste-wise. Not terrible, but it didn’t give me the warm fuzzies either. It would have tasted much better if the burger was seasoned. The fries were very good though. The atmosphere is somewhat dated. Reminiscent of a typical short-order type of place—booths and a counter top with stools. There isn’t a public restroom. Customer service could definitely be more friendlier. The lady that took my order and served my food seemed inconvenienced that I was there. However, she was nicer when I went to pay afterwards."
