"Ive had several bad experiences here (charged buffet price for one plate of chicken chow mein and stood by it when I asked why, another time they questioned my twins around 6 times about how old they were- acting like what they say is a lie- as if it mattered since they are nowhere near the next price up). thinking it was just isolated experiences I kept convincing myself to go back. Most recently they Auto grat our table of 5. My fault for not noticing till I left, so they got 30% for bringing 5 cups of water. Same visit they sat us and our 3 young kids in a small room with belligerent high school age kids who wouldn't stop talking completely inappropriate. When discussing this with employee, she shrugged her shoulders and giggled. I'm done here. Never going back."
